Refund Policy

  • When an item(s) in the order is returned, the amount equivalent to the returned item(s) is refunded to your Account.
  • When the order is canceled before dispatch, the amount of the order is refunded to the refund preference.
  • Return-related refunds can be requested between 30 days of receiving the product by the customer. Beyond this period the refund will fall in a special case scenario and would require management approval.
  • You may always request help with an issue by using Contact Us form.

Free Delivery Across India

No matter where you want to take the delivery. We offer delivery all over India and it’s free. Free delivery is applicable on orders above a minimum threshold value. The threshold value may differ from time to time and may differ for prepaid and COD orders.

We carry all our products in-house for immediate dispatches. We try to dispatch order(s) within 24 hours of order confirmation. Please allow 3-5 days from dispatch for delivery within India. In case orders get delayed or the product is found to be out of stock. Our executive will contact you for providing the information and will try to retain you as our customer with the best in-hand service on offer.

Returns & Exchange

We understand that in rare cases you may not like what you bought, face fitting/sizing issues, or would like to exchange what you bought with some other product from us. For this:

Pack the product(s) properly and return it to our specified address on the Contact us page. Make sure it is not used but just tried and must be in a resalable condition.

Now Mail us at support@gowestshirts.com right us, why you want the product to return. Submit a return request by mailing us.

Once you have sent a returns request, make sure it is returned within 15 days from the receipt of the products at your address.

In case of Size issues, we’ll resend you a large or small size as required on receipt of the returned parcel, if available.

In case of a damaged product from our end, we’ll exchange it with a new one but only if either customer mails us pictures of damaged/defective product on support@gowestshirts.com or after receiving the returning product back in our warehouse.

Cancellations and Refunds

You can cancel your order online before the product is shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. You may drop an email to us. Please cancel within 24 hours of placing the order and before dispatch as we normally dispatch within 24 hours of placing the order.

In case the item you ordered was shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order by mailing us. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier. In this case, the amount will be refunded to your bank account.

Unfortunately, an order cannot be canceled once the item has been delivered to you. However, you can always return the product.

Reward points used while placing the order will also be refunded to your account.

In order to cancel an item in your order:

Use the contact us form here and provide your order details and reason for cancellation.

Once your cancellation request is created, we will ensure that the cancellation is processed as soon as possible.

**Note:

For COD orders please cancel before we dispatch as COD charges are very high. We verify all COD orders before dispatch, so you may cancel at that time.

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 3-5 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
